Awww…his necklace glows. How cute. And helpful for being out in the woods at NIGHT? WTF is a kid doing out in the wilderness at NIGHT ANYWAY.

Truth is that Glaraphim is more of a rebel than his brother Lucius. (That'll come up later too. I'm just spoiling things). He liked to run off and play in the woods until nightfall…which his dad doesn't like.

UHOH…Bree feels energy. You know they're remarkably CALM for modern girls in fantasy land who just escaped death by dragon. I think a couple pages dedicated to panic should be necessary.
