They were taught to dance by Ms. Gams, who used to star in commercials with dancing cigarettes before such commercials fell out of favor. Her costume, consumed with slow-burning flames for realism, has never entirely gone out and will in fifty years be entirely gone. Indeed, her story is a sad one.
