I have no idea what so ever why the hell i drew a blue tit in the first panel… *shrugs* randomish there i guess. it just seemed like the thing to do at the time. I'll see if i can get a comic done for tommorow. but that'll be the last until i get back from holiday i guess. don't forget to vote while I'm away. :3
as for todays comic… Draden is meant to be about 13-14 years old in this page where Deme is meant to be about 9-10. so yes, this is a very very long long time ago. I did have this idea when writing this little storyline to make the backstory of the comic easier to have Deme's life revealed to you in short little steps. so i don't have to spend a year retelling the entire past of the comic. instead get it in little bittie pieces. which is why i thought this little story would be good, cause it's piratically starting right at the beginning. works out better this way me thinks. :3 i think both Dray and Deme look really cute as kids. ^_^ maybe I'll do a wallpaper or something as them at it and you'll totally have to vote to get it. yea, then i bet you'd vote! hah! :P
