I had fun drawing her clothing in the first two panels. But really, tech support is only helpful if you know them in person. Although I admit the second guy I had to talk to was a little more helpful than the first. And it is very annoying when I make sure that I am home for three days in a row just in case the guy comes over only to find out that he was canceled. Of course it is not important to call the customer to let them know that instead of sending a person out you just mailed a new modem to the address they have on file. (Which happens to be my 'rents old house x.X) Despite the fact that I told them that it was my place I needed some one at. Ah well. I am just a little bitter about not having internet for 29 days and the only real help being when I got my brother to come bring me a windows cd and fix my computer. Heh, amusingly enough I did something to give an error he had never seen before. Anyway, needless to say I shall not be touching CA Security with a 40 foot pole ever again. Absolute horror to get off of my machine.
