How to draw Nargle Arts

1.First we start off with the ghastly squiggles that show
roughly about where I am going to put stuff and people.
Some times I start at step two instead, usually if I am
just drawing one character, some times I actually start
on paper and scan it in, though not so much.
2.Next, or first in some cases, we draw the outlines of
the characters, fixing things such as hight differences
and what not that were messed up in the original. Also
Pretty much half to all detail comes in here at least
partially. Heh, lets not forget changing poses once I
realize I can't draw something like the back of her head.
3.Whoo, base colours to things, what more do I need to say?
I make a layer underneath the outline and paint bucket
what I can. That usually just leaves touching up edges and
a little bit of fine detail like fingers and horns. Hmm,
seems I had more to say than I thought.
4.Shading and adding more little details like stitches in
clothing and the like. Usually I just end up duplicating
the layer with the colour on it and messing with that.
Then the blur and smudge tools are your friends.
5. Then I usually do the background and anything else
that I find out that I forgot. But I just put all that
stuff into panel 4 because my comics normally take on
a 4 panel type shape.
