the Bijou Cocktail is made in the pousse café style, letting the ingredient float in this order and the same amount

-Vermouth (red)
-Chartreuse (green)
-Beefeater Gin

and if you mix them together in a mixing glass afterwards, it creates a new drink called "Amber Dream".

and that's a special bottle of peppermint 'Get' Liqueur, it has a little misprint on the bottom I kinda laugh at, instead of peppermint, it say pIppermint… just some pointless trivia.
