*Vertical tasting: It's a drinking method of two different wines side by side which both come from the same Vineyard.

Horizontal Tasting: it's a drinking method of two different wines side by side which come from the same vintage(year)

Decanting will be explained later, but there ARE people that can decant wines from that height or even higher up (decanter at waist and wine bottle next to the head)
It's an amazing stunt, and it's one commonly done by the manga character Shizuku Kanzaki from the hit Wine manga "Kami no Shizuku"

Once again i'm afraid the wine may not look very good.
