Aberdeen Angus is actually another way of saying "Scottish Bovine". that sounds like a very cool drink to make, and it IS, but also dangerous, one wrong move and you've got a burning bar or table on your hands.
Aberdeen Angus:
-45ml Scotch Whiskey
-20ml Drambuie
-15ml Lemon juice (about as much as squeezing half a lemon)
-15ml Honey (hopefully heated and very soft)
Take a small separate Glass to place the Drambuie in, take a match, and set the Drambuie on fire by placing the match near it. after this quickly place the Scotch in the drinking glass directly, the lemon juice and the honey and mix it for few seconds. Grab the Drambuie (still aflame) and gently pour the liquid fire in the drink, stir once more and place a few ice cubes if you feel it's necesary to cool and dilute the drink.
The glass that held the drambuie will still be aflame after pouring it out… so you need to quickly set that under a water faucet.
