Sorry that i didn't update this sooner, but it's best I take time with updates. Don't think I'm lazy just cuz i don't update everyday, yeah?

This is the simplest cocktail i can imagine, but at the same time the most freaking difficult.

Angel's Tip:

- Cacao Liqueur

- cream

-cherry

Nearly fill up a chilled glass with the cacao liqueur. Then, using the back of the spoon to guide it, lightly poor cream on the center of the liquid, creating a small thin (or thick if you want) layer (this is the hardest part, floating cream that way isn't easy).
garnish with a cherry on a pick placed over (but not touching) the drink.
