Sorry i missed an update and have another late one… (no i won't make up for it, i don't have the time, but i'll try updating on Wednesday)
To make up for it as best i could, i put as much detail i could into both the Rémy Martin cognac bottle (cognac is a type of fine champagne that's been distilled) and on the Macallan bottle (It's a type of well known whisky brand known for it's smooth texture and balanced fragrance)

Sidecar:

-15ml Cognac

-22ml Cointreau

-22ml Lemon juice

-Sugar(optional*)

*slide the lemon wedge around the rim of the glass, to add the sugar on the rim so it sticks.*
Place all the ingredients into a shaker, shake until very cold, and double strain (use two strainers) into a martini or coupe glass.
