Rusty Nail: - 45 ml Old Parr whisky (or whisky of personal preference) -30 ml Drambuie -Large Ice cubes Place the large Ice into a rock glass, pour in the Drambuie over the ice for a quick chill, then pour the Old parr on the Drambuie so it mixes quickly, give it one stir, serve. Large ice works better because it's dilutes less you could use a large, clean, stone that was left in the freezer for some time if you don't wish to dilute the whisky. Lemon Manhattan: - 45 ml Scotch whiskey or Bourbon - 5 ml of Dry vermouth -1 dash of lemon -lemon twist peel Place Ice into a mixing glass along with the vermouth and lemon, stir virgourously for a few seconds then pour out the contents. Pour in the Whisky or Bourbon into the glass and stir softly for about 10 seconds, pour into a martini glass and garnish with a lemon wedge and twist of lemon peel by peeling around the lemon for the shape.
