Negligence #398: The Urinal Times

Making the newspaper in this one was a lot of fun. "Urinal Times" is the pleasant little nickname I and some other people I know have given to a local newspaper. We call it that because it's so terrible, it's not worth putting in a urinal (plus it sounds similar to "Journal").
