Ok, 1st off before anyone starts yelling at miatomo there, read whats going through his mind. and his not acting this way because of somthing that koto did. he's saying it for the same reason koto stated that his not suppose to like chucha. so there is a reason but I'm not sayng why. as for chucha yah he doens' tknow what's going on so he's a bit confused to why the person who he considers a good friend to him is treating him that way.
