Another villain for Neva to worry about….BIG TIME! R-Weapon… part plin…part human…Roby was swiped from her human father, by her Plin Mother,and brought to the Plin Empire, and taught the deadly Plin art of Plin-te…When word of the renegade Stacy spread…she was dispatched to earth…to track down Stacy and kill her…as well as all students Stacy has taught(including …gulp…NEVA!!!)…..she entered the Crasher Agency Meta program….where she was given the death stare…ability to generate an energy shield…(so dont try to shoot her!)and the plasma energy charge(when her eyes go solid white…be some where else!)

R-Weapon is a character I was working on, based on Roby.I met Roby on another art site. Shes no longer active.She shut down her deviantart profile. Roby was a great online friend. She was always very encouraging, and made me feel like I have some talent. thanks Roby.
