Shes a dedicated servant of Lightning Goddess, and Zarree…and also part of SPAIC's meta agent program. she works for the agency…but her main goal is fulfilling Goddess agendas…destroying their run away servants…like Corona…and the VOE girls. Shannon believes shes fighting for right. For SPAIC…her main job is to destroy Neva, and her group of vigilante heroines.
