It took a bit to come up with a good effect for snow falling, since I don't really have snow screentone. But all in all, I'm satisfied with the results for now :P
Spectre and Archamedes are very close friends, almost like brothers.
An Ice Dragon's egg needs to be kept in constant freezing temperatures (hence the snow-covered egg :P), but this is a special hatchery for the immediate royal family.
