I feel like this page could have been a lot more dramatic with it being Seva's first appearance and all, but I kinda like to think of him as being a sort of jokester at times. At least when he's not torturing religious people and screwing everything that moves.

Finally our villain cometh… and he brought alcohol. Artie gives into Millie. Rhett and Scarlett continue to discuss Artie.
