Another villain is added to the cast! This is Centurann, she's another recycled character of mine. She's a pirate and a revolutionary who hates the established Rubre government. She gets her way by causing riots and spreading around conspiracy theories… and pirate stuff of course. :D

Meanwhile, Scarlett's waiting to talk to her brother about something of importance…
