Oh, that's Talon.
Part appearance of a bird,
part reptile,
definitely alien,
and like most people of this world,
different species, but quite human like.

Either way, most people usually identify him as
"The bird guy".

Either way, he is a little messed up in the head, but at the same time, hyper-intelligent.
