This is something that I started in high school. It actually had a fully worked out plot and cast of characters. (This is actually where the character I use for my avatar comes from). It didn't become a comic until college.
What Killed It: The story was just a bit to hokey for me. It wasn't bad, but a lot of the characters just felt cliche. It just didn't translate from 4 sketchbooks that I drew during college to a good comic.
