The Prodigal Bastard Returns: Part One

Sometime in Winter 2006, I hit a writer's block. Finding it impossible to come up with anything resembling a plot, my output at that point consisted mainly of cartoon drawings based on a list of 100 different themes, the challenge being to complete an accompanying picture for each one (needless to say, I didn't finish it! I think I finished 20 or so…)

I'm not sure what happened that made me decide to bring back Nigel Shure, but I was adamant that I would make it a weekly strip. And that I would attempt to distance myself from game-related humour (the world doesn't need another Penny Arcade wannabe).
And so, with a hiatus after only two instalments, Nigel Shure returned to Deviant Art. In colour.
