Whee, this page starts off the first of 2 consecutive fun scenes. Garnets are my favorite gem stone, so that is why Whiterose likes them. Oh, and she is supposed to be wearing Rocking Horse Ballerina shoes, which have become incredibly popular thanks to "Kamikaze Girls." Personally, I'm not that fond of them, but they're apparently a "lolita staple." I'd get a pair of rocking horse boots though, if I wasn't dead-set on getting Moi-même-Moitié's kind of ugly shoes. I admit they're not cute at all ("simple elegance" seems to be M-m-M's mantra, but come on), and I realize ~$300 is a lot to spend on shoes that I don't like very much, but it's Moi-même-Moitié, goddammit! Also they're one of the very few items they sell that I can fit into since I'm not a Japanese size 2. :| Plus I can stomp fangirl ass AND be an elitist at any future Moi dix Mois concerts. :D (This is basically what I've been telling my parents so they won't give me shit about buying them. Surprisingly, it's not working.)
