NFL and DnD are quite similar - fumbles can be the determining factor in a game.
Also, players can be a lot like the Oakland Raiders in the 1980s - they'll cheat if they think they can get away with it.
And don't forget that a GM - or referee - can make everyone's life miserable if he's an ass.
