Page 114 - Guns

Shadow is making use of one of his shadow abilities that takes him "out of phase" with the real world, rendering him incorporeal for moments at a time. This ability was first seen during the duel between Silver and Shadow in the Ninja Shizatch animated series.

Also, it's not very noticeable, but the bullet cuts his fist as he's punching it out of the air. What is additionally unclear is that Jade kicked the gun up, and the ninja vampire shot himself in the head. It's 2:30 in the morning, I've been working on this page for the last several hours, and I just didn't have time to polish up these things.
