Seriously, what's up with health packs? Or med kits, or whatever iteration of the standard white box with red cross. How are bandages and first aid going to instantly heal your wounds?

Does everyone now fully appreciate how tall Shadow is, standing 7'2"?

And it never ceases to amuse me how in tabletop RPGs, players will talk about NPCs right in front of their faces as though they were not there.
