You will get this joke if you have played the microgame from warioware: twisted!

If you haven't played it I should tell you.
In the microgame you have to control a person and smash ten objects.
(houses, trees, cars etc.)
When you smash a house people run out, this might be how people know when to run and avoid getting crushed by giant bare feet.
