Dagorhir started in the 70's (not quite sure about the exact year, but its all on wikipedia and the Dagorhir Website. basicaly, people from all over the country (and a few in other countries) who come together to relive an medievil atmosphere and socialize, but mainly to beat the crud out of each other in gladitorial style. it takes alot of training to get really good but even crappy fighters enjoy themselves. the weapons we use are padded (still hurt like hell but they wont kill you) and people get pretty creative with wepons deisgn and character type. eep, sorry, tangent!
