a character modeled after moi! he is the second brother to arrive at the Quaint Village "Funy Farm" Mental Institution. he spends most of his time preforming experiments on his victims. his schizophrenia causes him to hallucinate cartoon characters he sees on the telly. these apparitions are so harsh on his mind, he believes them to be real and it usually causes trouble for him…
