SCA Practice... Day 1

Last Tuesday was my first day back to practice in quite a while… I got there an hour before any of the rapier fighters showed up, so it was me and a dozen heavies… By the way, one of them did fight raper, but he was busy trying to give some other guy a concussion… Practice went pretty well, I learned something besides low guard (and I thought I was just being lazy!)… I got a couple good shots in here and there… At least, I felt pretty good about them… Unless these guys were letting me win 'cause I'm new…

I missed practice yesterday, though… Damn term paper… Oh well… I'll kill people next week…

… Gotta say, I'm missing those days when we would roll out of bed and walk across the street to practice…
