Relan's Story, Page 10

This page was a doozy! I think it's my favorite page of this story though, or maybe the next page. I spent the longest trying out the monochromatic toning too.

For those of you who do not read my other comic (warofwinds.com), the horse-like creature at the bottom is a Wind. The West Wind, to be precise. His name is Rahn. As for what the Winds are and what they do, it's best left to the main storyline on my site.

Because this story takes place on a planet with 7 moons, the oceans are quite wild (think of what our 1 moon can do!). Crossing oceans is nearly impossible, hence Relan's confusion.

This is page 10 of a 16-page side-comic featuring Relan ("Ruh-lawn"), a character who appears in chapter 10 of The War of Winds. Of course, she's not the only character you'll meet!

Not Alone was created primarily to GIVE ME A BREAK from my main comic, which is rather art intensive. This comic is uncolored, except for the final page. It's also highly experimental for me, often quite sketchy, and changes format throughout the story. Originally, guest artists were supposed to color the pages (with full credits and a link back to them on my main site). If you're interested, PM me. :D
