As much as I loved the 80's cartoon, and the comic series that were spun-off from it, in retrospect it's kinda hard to see them as anything except 30-minute toy commercials. What kind of ninja would EVER use a green balloon ship?!

Thats not to say I didnt buy the damn toys like everyone else. In all honesty, I kinda miss those days, especially around Christmas, I loved the acton figure commercials they showed every chance they got, they barely do that anymore.
