The punchline of this strip is inspired by FR Kitty's response to "Who Was That Man?" in which Glenjamin fled the twin Kitties in terror. Her response was - and I quote:

"I don't know man, 2 Kitty's? Thta [sic] might be some men's dream!"

Why, yes. Yes, it would. And some men would dream about the Acme Whip Co. supplying them, too.

But would I?

On a side note: This strip is not completely accurate. Anybody who dared to stand Emily up would not deserve to be strung up by their ankles and whipped.

They would deserve to be hung up by their thumbs and flayed.
