I was feeling this way a week ago. It wasn't the ending I had pictured to free comic book day. I met some interesting people & got a new fan or two, but the ending wasn't exactly how I pictured. Even though Ace felt like this a week ago, we've been trying to pick up & get on with life. Truth be told she was doing well until a familiar face caught her by surprise this past Sunday. Ugh…sometimes it's hell the way her mind works. She remembers every single bad thing. It's the questions that can't be answered that bug her the most…or just not knowing what the future will bring.
Oh well. I promise the next one will have a chipper note to it.
