It's true.

Gone are the days that I will stupidly risk skin damage, especially if it means searing agonizing pain for days.

Plus I've noticed how much my skin feels leathery & wrinkly after more than 3 hours in the sun without protection.

Also if you're in Southern California, my heart goes out to you cause a few days from now it'll be 111 degrees. You'll find me as a puddle on the floor.
