FFS #46: What a Gnawful Trip

Holy fuck, new comic? That's right. Brand new material, and brand new art. FFS is back, baby! And stronger than ever before. The comic is once again undergoing a change in how it goes from my mind to your eyes. Yesterday morning I got my first drawing tablet, and I have to say that I am happy with the results. Even though I am not used to using it at all, it still turned out pretty decent.

I am going to try to update as I did before, which shouldn't be hard. The art no longer takes as long to produce, and I cut out the dreaded scanning part, so things should get a lot easier, and the art should get considerably cleaner as time goes on.

Now, to offer a little commentary on this comic. This comic came from a script that I wrote two years ago, before FFS was a even a thought. I wanted to do a webcomic very badly. The script featured Trevor, not Colin, but I don't think Trevor and I have sat down and talked about a webcomic since that time, so it has been updated to reflect the current hierarchy. Also, the script had a flashback scene which was pretty funny, but I'm happy with this.

So blame it on Lost, or blame it on me for finding old scripts, or what have you, but I like these Flashback ideas about the life of Howard. Also, I guess I wasn't wearing glasses at this point in my life. Well, it's fiction, so I guess it's okay.
