It all started years ago with a dream I had. (Details HERE )
Since then, I ran with the notion, tweaking it a bit here and there, and turned it into a project.
Mind you, I am a big fan of the silly old Hanna Barbera cartoon from the 80's and have NO love for the new-fangled CGI Pac Man toon.
