Some of you may be familiar with this already.

Haomaru used his Alchemy Circle ability. This is when he uses the rules of Alchemy by drawing a circle which symbolizes the transmutation. His ability is limited to the law of Equivalent Trade in which he can only use the amount of matter around him to make another object with the exact same amount. No more, no less.

Oh! And in case you are asking on how he drew the circle, he used the chalk that he picked up from the last series.
