Author notes
Making Maria a hedgehog was an idea I got even before I saw a picture of her like that or even the sprite I'm using now of her. When I started spriting I was already a big fan of Sonic and at the time Sonic adventure 2 battle was my favorite game. Anyway Maria had such a small role in that game but I saw fan art of her everywhere on line and many where with Shadow. So I starting thinking it would be cool to see her as a hedgehog that's something I haven't before. I was actually working on a sprite of Maria as a hedgehog using Shadow as a base when I to my surprise I came across a whole sheet of her as a hedgehog! Life is funny sometimes huh?
