Your Idol, My Latrine!

One more upload this week. This page kinda goes with the first, so I decided to put it up quickly. This comic first came out in 1994, wen I was living in Southern Illinois with my friend. Brad was really into Underground comics of the late 60's and 70's. He introduced me to the work of S. Clay Wilson, Robert Crumb, Greg Irons and more. As you can see from my other comics on Drunk Duck, I am more of a traditional, old school artist. But I was intrigued by some of the Underground stuff and wanted a vehicle to try some of it with.
I never tried my hand at "Funny Animal" type stuff, but thought it would be fun to try it. I wanted it to be weird and whacked out, thus, you'll see strange things in this strip that are dedicated to those old Undergrounds. (I started thinking about my past pets. What re-occurring thing did they have, that no animal strip shows………..then, it hit me. DUH!!!! Their naughty bits are always showing……right? It's true!!! So I decided to show that in the early chapters. (As you;ll see, I slowly got away from that aspect….partly cause I started feeling kinda Gay drawing cat wieners and dawg balls. (I even feel gay just typing out the word "wiener" lol
Anyhoo, here it is. My Apocalyptic, Cat meets Dog, Duck meets Mountain Gorilla, Rat meets Pickle, funny Animal strips. For what they are worth, enjoy. I'll see you next update.
