The incantation being spoken is slightly adapted from a real incantation. There are other signs of symbolism as well. Most are adapted and not taken exactly from context. I can only say that now is the time that things REALLY start to be different, but please stay with it, as serious as this may appear to be… it's not meant to be how the comic is going to stay.
