I've learned to always read the fine print. The importance of making sure I go above and beyond to take care of my responsibilities. To keep my valuable documents stored in a safe location which does not include tucked away under someone's bed. And to perhaps make sure any material I pick to sleep in doesn't already belong to someone else.
I've also learned the deeper the friendship, the greater the perceived betrayal can feel, and the larger our forgiveness and understanding needs to be. Or we'll forever be fighting like cats and dogs.
Another chapter done! And another mini chapter on the way. The mini chapter may end up being updated every other day cause I don't know how quickly I'll be able to build and scan the pages for it. The fact pages take more time than the story pages believe it or not, and I still don't have a permanent scanner solution. :(
I really hope you've all enjoyed this tale, with the inside setting it was a little more challenging for me to illustrate, nature scenes are so much more free form. I really appreciate all the comments and support I've received here. If it weren't for all the support I probably would have stopped after the first chapter.
