About 2-3 years ago, I did a submission to a contest called Small Press Idol. It was a pretty angsty kind of story idea but it basically featured personified emotions and concepts. The short story itself that I submitted to SPI featured Death but I had other characters in mind. Two of them were Love and Lust.

I'm pretty aware that blindfolded archer girls are not exactly original character design material. I do have a reason for the whole blindfold thing though which I rather not say since I'm contemplating actually drawing out a scene or two in comic form.

But my God she was a pain in the neck to draw. I normally finish a sketch a day before it's uploaded but I had to keep working on her repeatedly. This was the second attempt actually and I had trouble with her legs. Basically, I didn't know what to do with them. Even as they are now, she's short and the perspective is kind of weird.

But I want to move on so here she is.

Oh heeeey~ I just realized today's Saturday. I'm thinking of keeping updates solely to weekdays so see you on Monday!
