The central earth (and beyond) government in this comic is the United Earth Coalition. Which is made up of representatives from every nation. However each nation has expended to the stars, but remains part of the Coalition.
I'm not happy with this page, I didn't want it to be too dry or have too much scientific information, the solution was to make it as if it was aimed at idiots.
There will be updates tomorrow and wednesday, after than it should be no later than friday.
