Chapter 1 - The Backstory

Reason it took so long for this was I honestly had no idea where to start. Well, that's a lie. I know exactly where I'm starting, but I wanted to do a bit of an introduction first. Finally I figured I'd do this, and then I'll move back to Light and Megaman. Then switch back and forth between them and Wily.
