I made the panel borders thicker so it's easier to differentiate them. Also, the backgrounds used here are new, as is the Sniper Joe sprite.

Speaking of Sniper Joe, he's a new character I'm introducing. He's a robot who much like Megaman and the robot masters, feels emotions. Why is that? How is that? Well, you'll just have to read and find out. He will indeed get his own little side story.
