Welcome!
This is the start of my new comic, Partial Hero!

It follows the story of a young boy named Kotaro Mori, who only wishes to join the other Heroes and use his powers for good. Sadly, his father is the most evilest of all evil Super Villains in all of America!

(By the way, this takes place in Chicago.)
