Topper certainly knows how to get under people's skin doesn't he? And he's not that big of a guy either. I'm 90% sure that if Reggie (the stallo in the armor) wasn't around, Topper would get jumped and beat up a lot more often. Especially in prison. I'm also pretty sure Topper is oblivious to how obnoxious he is. Arno is done arguing with him.

But it looks like Reggie has something to say. Lets see how he feels about Topper's hijinks.
