In Dark Avengers, Norman Osborn (AKA The Green Goblin) creates his own team of Avengers. While they do good things, they are corrupt. Each member is there to portray a real Avenger. For instance, Venom claims he's Spider-Man and in this case, Bullseye dresses up as Hawkeye…I think it's mainly because their abilities are similar.

Anyway…I hate explaining jokes. Makes them not as funny, but that's what I get from writing inside jokes.
