Just to let you know (because I figure you get this joke without the explanation) Mary Jane and Peter Parker USED to be married, but in order to save Aunt May, Peter and Mary Jane "sold" their marriage to a demon. He undid it (and undid some other things, such as the death of some characters) in exchange. Part of the deal, also, was that everyone who found out the real identity of Spider-Man (I can't remember if it was over a certain period of time or anyone period) was made to forget.

Deadpool, being able to break the fourth wall, wasn't effected by this or the change in reality, really.
