In Amazing Spider-Man 611, Deadpool was hired to delay Spider-Man. At first, they just fought and then they broke out in a huge "Yo Mamma" fight, ending when Deadpool's time was up and right before he released a big one against Spider-Man that would cause the victim's mind to break…or something like that. It was a funny issue.
I was kind of going something like that here, but where they were insulting each other rather than each other's mothers. But yeah…this is normal for when Deadpool and Spider-Man have crossovers.
